Healthy chocolate cake. I'm not making it up.
Vicky Farr and her "Healthier by Farr" team were finding sneaky and ingenious ways of making chocolate cake much better for you, by adding vegetables. They were making fresh batches of cake, using no oils, fats or added water. Passers by could sample this for free and learn about other products they have to offer.
The DRUMS!
We had a group of drummers bringing a carnival atmosphere to the proceedings and making sure people knew where we were.

What a fantastic day!
So that was Art Market 2011. What a fantastic day! Along with Piccadilly circus and Cakes for Japan there was lots going on with a fantastic atmosphere in the Cultural Quarter. I have never seen so many people in that part of the City Centre.
The weather was certainly on our side (I kept everything crossed)
